MIKHAIL BENDYUKOV

One of the leading experts of Russia in the field of psychology of conflicts in professional activities, psychology of occupational guidance, labour and employment.
In 2003-2004 he worked as a deputy head of department in the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Russian Federation. Until 2010, he was a head of social psychology department of St.-Petersburg State Railway Engineering and Transportation University. He is the author of more than one hundred scientific works in areas of occupational guidance, career planning, psychological correction and psychological support.
